Shipping policy
- Weship internationally; however, customer are required to check with your country’s custom policy before made the purchase, we take no responsible for your country’s custom issue in case the specimen is on hold or seized, please refer to our 'Return and refund Policy' for detail.
- Under normal circumstance, orderwill be dispatched from Hong Kong within 7 working days after received
- We provider free, safe and good packing for your shipment.
- Shipment by courier only (with tracking number), or you are welcome to use your own ‘Freight Collect’ courier service to pick up your shipment locally. In case of unsuccessful delivery and the parcel is returned to us, we will charge for the second delivery again.
- Please refer to the shipping charge as shown with each particular specimen. Due to the fragile nature of fossil, to protect the specimen properly, hence no combine shipment will be arranged.
- Please purchase your own insurance, as the insurance coverage of most courier company in Hong Kong is very low, not really meaningful.
- For the protection of specimen, paleobond has been applied to the surface of the specimen; however, due to the fragile nature of specimens, please accept minor damage to the specimen on logistics (for most case, a simple glue will do the repair). We will not compensate partially or wholly for any damage.
- At present, courier service may be temporarily suspended in some countries due to the epidemic situation. In that case, we will arrange shipment as soon as the courier service resume.
